ADDITIONAL

INFORMATION

I have had two periods of multi-year "retirement" from my business career, most recently a three-year period as primary caregiver for my mother prior to her death. Because of these earlier periods of "retirement" I plan to work at least until my seventieth birthday. I am in excellent health. I am active in the U. S. Master’s swimming program and regularly swim in Oregon Master’s meets, often placing in one of the top three places in my age group. I have also spent the last four years continuing and updating my education at the local Community College where I have taken forty-three credit hours and achieved a 4.0 grade average. I have also traveled extensively in the United States and Europe following my mother’s death in 1999. During this period I have also completed small assignments for former consulting clients and built three World Wide Web sites. My personal links page may be viewed at www.rigdon.com. Another site that I built for my college alumni class may be seen at www.whitman.edu/alumni/classes/class58. A site that I built for a consulting client to coordinate a remote construction project may be viewed at www.michaels-cabin.com.
